Who we are

BulldogAI is operated by Gary D. Faulkner d/b/a BulldogAI, 508 Glendale Dr., Ruston, LA 71270 ("BulldogAI," "we," "us"). We provide AI governance guidance, assessments, policy packages, and managed compliance programs. Questions? Email garydfaulkner@bulldogai.ai.

The short version

What we collect

• AI Readiness Audit: Runs client-side only. Answers and score are not sent to us and are deleted when you leave the page.
• Gap Report intake form: Name, work email, business name, industry, compliance frameworks, team size, tools, AI policy/training status, and free-text responses.
• Correspondence: Emails, calls, and inquiries.

We do not collect cookies, analytics, or tracking data of any kind.

How we use your information

• Generate and deliver your personalized AI Policy Gap Report.
• Follow up about the report and our services (with easy opt-out in every email).
• Deliver and support services you purchase.
• Maintain reasonable business records.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for third-party marketing.

AI processing

Your intake data is processed via Anthropic’s Claude API (commercial terms: not used for model training). Final reports are reviewed and delivered under our control.

Limited to necessary functions:

• Tally — intake form
• Zapier — workflow automation
• Anthropic — AI report generation
• Google Workspace — email
• Netlify — website hosting

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records. You may request deletion anytime (see below); we honor requests except where legally required to retain records.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing garydfaulkner@bulldogai.ai. We respond promptly and honor applicable state privacy rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, reputable providers, and least-privilege access. While no system is 100% secure, we apply the same standards we recommend to our clients.

Children

Our services are for businesses and not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will post material updates here with a new effective date and notify affected users by email.
