Agreement

These terms govern your use of the bulldogai.ai website and BulldogAI's services — the free AI Readiness Audit, the AI Policy Gap Report, the Deep Policy Audit, the AI Success Kit, and the Managed AI Program (together, the "Services"). BulldogAI is operated by Gary D. Faulkner d/b/a BulldogAI, Ruston, Louisiana. By using the website or purchasing a Service, you agree to these terms.

What the Services are

BulldogAI delivers practical AI governance guidance: self-assessments, gap analyses, policy templates customized to your business, training materials, and ongoing policy maintenance. Deliverables are operational guidance based on the information you provide and generally accepted governance practices.

No guarantee of compliance

Using BulldogAI's Services does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or framework (including GLBA, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, CMMC, or state privacy laws), and does not guarantee any audit, examination, or regulatory outcome. Our guidance is designed to reduce risk — responsibility for compliance decisions remains with you and your counsel.

AI-assisted deliverables

Our deliverables — including the free Gap Report — are prepared with the assistance of commercial AI tools under BulldogAI's direction and review. Your intake information is processed under commercial API terms that do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The free audit and Gap Report

The on-site AI Readiness Audit is a self-assessment for informational purposes; its score reflects only your answers. The emailed AI Policy Gap Report is a free, automated analysis based on your intake responses. Both are starting points, not a substitute for a professional review.

Paid services and payment

Prices for paid Services (currently the $100 Deep Policy Audit, the $250 AI Success Kit, and the Managed AI Program subscription) are as stated on the website or in your order confirmation. Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Managed AI Program subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled effective the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If BulldogAI has not started work on your order, you may request a full refund. Because paid deliverables are custom work, they are non-refundable once delivered. If something is wrong with a deliverable, tell us — we'll make it right before anything else.

Your materials and our materials

You retain ownership of the information you provide, and you receive a perpetual license to use the deliverables we prepare for you within your own business. BulldogAI retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, methods, and know-how. Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or offered to third parties as your own product.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or Services: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no scraping or reselling of content, and no submitting information you don't have the right to share.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulldogAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulldogAI's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid BulldogAI in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (for free Services, fifty dollars). BulldogAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — including losses arising from regulatory actions, audits, or compliance outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively; continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
